Willowbrook is a closed loop community meaning there is one way in and one way out of the community from Belleview at Colorow Drive. We are an established community of large 1+ acre lots just west of C-470 and the hogback. Red Rock formations and fantastic views in all directions makes this area very dramatic. The Willowbrook Amphitheater - a cave-like structure formed of sandstone open to the sky -used to be the winter home of Ute Chief Colorow. "The Cave", as it is called, is available to residents of Willowbrook for private parties on a reservation basis and is used for many community events. Willowbrook is a very special place and enjoys some unique amenities that include a new playground, tennis courts, horse stables and arena, Arington Park and public spaces to sit and enjoy the serenity and the abundant bird and wildlife.
